Ordering Info

Purchase of our products is easy through our shopping cart. Registration and creating an account is optional upon checkout. We accept credit cards, Paypal money transfer or Bank wire transfer.

Customers who wish to use other options for ordering, such as by purchase order, or other payment orders need to send an order to sales@prokazyme.com.

Ordering and payment: The preferred way of ordering is by using the shopping cart function on the website. Simply select the products by pressing the “Add to cart” buttons and follow the instructions when ready to check out. In the process you will fill in your name and shipping address and once the order has been confirmed til will take you through a secure PayPal portal for payment with credit card. You will receive an confirmation e-mail. Instead of continuing with PayPal you may also request an invoice for the order for wire transfer of the payment via bank. Order will be shipped once payment is cleared by bank.

Shipping: Most enzymes are shipped freeze dried but some items, such as DNA enzyme products, require shipping on ice. We charge  EUR 70,00 for shipping by courier door-to-door to most destinations worldwide.

Credit cards: The shopping cart function does include credit cards payment on-line via secure Paypal. The credit card will then be charged according to the customer’s order.

E-Store and Shopping Cart: To see the contents of the shopping cart use the E-Store menu at the bottom of the page or click on the cart icon at the top and then chose Checkout. Items in the cart can be removed by pressing the x next to the item.
